We had spent a few days in Sorrento and had a 10 am flight back to the UK from Naples airport, so we decided to stay in Naples the night before to make it easier for us to get to the airport to get our flight.

Secure private guarded parking place (with fence) just next to hotel (included in price). Nice, clean facility, modern comfortable rooms with well running wi-fi, spacy shower and safe deposit box. Friendly stuff. Quiet location, antimafia HQ and lot of policemen in the hotel surrounding, so one can really feel safe. We even walked from city center after sightseeing (in early evening before darkness passing train station) and streets around were rather clean. We expected much more garbage and "a

Pino, the owner and his family are fantastic, they would answer any
question with smile and would do ! anything you ask for your best
satisfaction. They are staying in the hotel 24 hours and always
available. Pino welcomes us with a drink and his wife sent us with a
package including lemons from the garden and "Confettura di
limoni" that's what I called great hospitality. The room is
beautiful and perfectly maintained. The hotel is easily accessible by
car and there is plenty of parking spots.I

This is a great hotel in a great location--a real gem. From what I can tell, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and the view is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the meals were simple but very good. I can't think of anything negative about Hotel Vittorio, but would stress that it's at the far end of a fair

We hired a car (40E pd) to explore the island. Perfect size to do that. -
