  The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating.   The Romeo hotel has a nice modern look and feel to it. High quality furnishing all around. Staff was friendly and always seemed to help when needed. If your coming from America, expect room to be smaller than we're used to. We had a small room for the price of a suite in Vegas. The room has everything you will need. The wait staff were - The hotel is really amazing! It's high class design, the staff is very professional. It's centrally located in the harbour. Walking distance to the center.

  This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. The new feeling is one of a boutique hotel with an intimate feeling. The entire staff went out of its way to meet our every need.   The beginning was not so good- we haven't been able to reach the key holder, calling the published cell phone. But once the neighbor helped us to engage Ciro, the hotel's representative, everything became much better.   Villa Fraulo is set in a stunning location, high on the cliffs looking over the sea. The town of Ravello is wonderful, full of great restaurants, small shops and lovely buildings. The hotel was arranged a car to collect us from Naples airport and the driver was able to provide a tour to Pompei, Vesuvius and Herculaneum whi - The most Fantastic hotel, with beautiful views, great rooms, superb location near centre of Ravello, brilliant breakfast with such a variety & quality and absolutely top class staff who cared for their guests, sought high standards and were, well, just very, very nice, helpful people. Fully recommend this hotel - good car parking & it's also an oasis, when you get all 'touristed out', this is the place to relax. Just lovely!

The grounds were landscaped with beautiful plants, and the public areas inside were really nicely done - a big lounge and the restaurant looking out onto the terrace and the view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean, and a decent-sized room, which was quiet for sleeping. It was easy to walk into town or get a bus. We would definitely stay here again, we found Ischia very relaxin
