  The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating.   The staff was extremely attentive and caring. They brought us fresh homemade breakfast each morning. My favorite was the blood orange juice and the powdered sugar crescent. We stayed in the Blue room, which was very classy and clean. Very large and luxurious bathroom. We were extremely please with our stay in this wonderful place, Mr Antonio made the stay fresh, exciting, welcoming and warm. He was very helpful and full of recommendations and advice. He even noticed that it was my birthday on the second day of stay and sent a very nice champagne with compliments that made the stay memorable.   Excellent location, great park (kids were very happy). Kitchen was a big plus for us. If you want to got to s beach, Misena is just 15 min drive away. Alessandra is very friendly.

  Villa Fraulo is set in a stunning location, high on the cliffs looking over the sea. The town of Ravello is wonderful, full of great restaurants, small shops and lovely buildings. The hotel was arranged a car to collect us from Naples airport and the driver was able to provide a tour to Pompei, Vesuvius and Herculaneum whi - The most Fantastic hotel, with beautiful views, great rooms, superb location near centre of Ravello, brilliant breakfast with such a variety & quality and absolutely top class staff who cared for their guests, sought high standards and were, well, just very, very nice, helpful people. Fully recommend this hotel - good car parking & it's also an oasis, when you get all 'touristed out', this is the place to relax. Just lovely!

  very helpful and friendly. Difficult to find and no restaurants in the vicinity but the hotel restaurant is extremely good and reasonably priced. We had an enjoyable stay.

Location - close to the beach, where you can find good restaurants. Two thermal pools (small but quite enough taking into account size of the hotel) - one is indoor and another is partly with roof - we could bathing regardless of weather.
