  Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Lina was warm and welcoming, and very gracious in the phone calls and... vad folk säger » emails prior to our visit. Marika checked us in and was also a beacon of grace and customer service. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   My daughter and I had an incredible, relaxing time at Villa Pane. Last year I stayed in a hotel in Sorrento but this was much much better. We had a large, clean room with terrace and an amazing view of the Bay but the best thing was the hospitality of the family and the staff. I can also really recommend dinner in the evening. We also took - Villa Pane felt like home! Gianluigi and Ana Maria were so welcoming. Their villa is beautiful surrounded by the hills of Sorrento with lemon, fig, olive, orange trees everywhere. The walk to town is stunning, although Gianluigi is always ready to shuttle guests to and from the villa. Another fabulous bonus is the food served!   It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent.   The Management and staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all from facing and have a wonderful view over 2 bay and to Mount Vesuvius. The room were bit basic but clean and very comfortable also had clean towels every day. A ten minute walk into the center of Sorrento. Also has free car parking. I would definitely stay - At first sight, we were we were disappointed with the rather basic room. However, as soon as we saw the huge terrace, overlooking the Bay of Naples, we forgot about the room. (Who needs luxury with a view like that??). The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, clean, friendly staff, free wifi at all times and great pool.

  Mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och professionell personal. Bra läge intill Marina Grande. Jag fick dessutom på hotellet smaka den godaste Grappa (Bonollo), som bara den var värd resan till Capri. Man kände sig riktigt välkommen till denna vackra ö, när man mötte personalen på Hotel Bristol. - Terassen!

  During a 2-week trip to Italy this great hotel was the highlight. The stunning views of the bay of Naples from our room and the beautiful dining room/ restaurant were a joy! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with a nice variety (including tasty omelettes and cappucinos). The hotel is close to a bus stop (orange/ red buses into town and the train station, blue Sita buses to Amalfi an Positano). We, - The hotel is located on a very scenic spot of Sorrento, on a cliff. My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.

  We were traveling by car. Excellent restaurant although a bit expensive for budget travelers. Good breakfast. We were put in a big room with terrace with astonishing view of the region. We had a superb meal at the Hotel - The Grande Hotel Vesuvio is truly grand! It is an elegant top of the line hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival and had two large rooms beautifully furnished. They supply their guests with comfy terry robes and slippers and nice toiletries. Wi fi was free. The rooms are kept very clean also. We had a balcony on the front of the hotel and looked out on the waterfront with its boats, a castle that is lit at night, and Vesuvius looming in the distance. T

  Villa Fraulo is set in a stunning location, high on the cliffs looking over the sea. The town of Ravello is wonderful, full of great restaurants, small shops and lovely buildings. The hotel was arranged a car to collect us from Naples airport and the driver was able to provide a tour to Pompei, Vesuvius and Herculaneum whi - The most Fantastic hotel, with beautiful views, great rooms, superb location near centre of Ravello, brilliant breakfast with such a variety & quality and absolutely top class staff who cared for their guests, sought high standards and were, well, just very, very nice, helpful people. Fully recommend this hotel - good car parking & it's also an oasis, when you get all 'touristed out', this is the place to relax. Just lovely!
