  What a wonderful place to stay with so much History at your finger tips! The staff were all very helpful. We were given an upgrade at no extra cost. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. It was such a delight to walk around the Sassi, especially at night. - The situation was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, even recomm... vad folk säger » ending great places for us to eat. The rooms are very recently renovated and stylish, with vaulted ceiling, rainshower with mood lighting and modern touches. The staff at reception went out of their way to help us check the details of the next leg of our journey and the friendliness we received left us with just a desire to return soon.   Very hospitable hosts, very good accommodation across the street from their restaurant, where excellent breakfasts were served. It was a good experience to stay in the centre of Matera.   Mycket hjälpsam personal. - Rooms were nicely appointed, the hotel is walking distance from the beautiful historic town, the breakfast provided onsite was delicious and had a larger selection than is typical in this region.
