  We liked everything! The staff, room, location and view were top of the line! I fell in love with the tablecloths and asked if I could buy one ----------The receptionist GAVE it to us - with napkins as a gift! A real surprise from this "treasure in the valley".   The front desk staff were extremely helpful and unfailingly courteous. The hotel was pleasant and quite quiet despite being on a busy street. My sons were assisted with using the internet, and treated courteously despite being children. We did not have to make requests on their behalf; this was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent.   I loved the decoration, the rooms were clean and new. The staff was really hepfull with everything we asked them. The spa was really nice but I would have liked to have some music there and also it was a bit cold taking into account that you are in swiming bath. - Nice room looking and design.   Town centre position so everything close by. Young staff member had excellent English and gave us a recommendation to a fantastic restaurant nearby for lunch, calling to check they had a table for us. She also went out of her way to ensure we had a quick breakfast before a 6 am departure. Room spotless and comfortable. Parking very close.

  The friendly helpful staff, initially we didn't like the room we had booked and they very quickly offered a nice alternative with a bath and a sea view. Rooms are basic but have everything you need to be comfortable. - nice hotel just near the beach with friendly staff and great breakfast. Nice room with sea-side view.
