The view from our room (we had one balcony and a terrace) was AMAZING! The location of the hotel was perfect for Positano. We were very glad that we were not staying at any hotel on the upper side of the town since transportation within Positano can be challenging. A bit pricey but definitely worth the money. Perfect for honeymoon couples.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The room had an amazing view over the ocean! The breakfast was good, and the room was big and clean. Perfect location with restaurants nearby, and just the stairs down to the beach. The staff was friendly, especially Rosita who was very helpful and nice. :-) Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was nicely located and easy to get to by cab. You were able to get dropped off right in front of the hotel by car. If you come by boat, you would need to take the steep walk up to the hotel, though porters are readily available to take your luggage. The staff was very helpful and even called our next hotel for us to ask a few questions. The room was clean and nicely decorated and we had a partial view of the water. Room is light and bright with high ceiling, amazing terrace and view. This is actually the place where you would like to spend time . Maid will bring breakfast to your room and serve it on the terrace. Having breakfast outside , on your private terrace with amazing views is the best part of the stay. If you arrive by car staff will call nearest garage and they will take your car there ( 20 euros daily). They will bring your car back after check out.

The staff at the Marincanto were just too amazing... Right from check-in .. To the lady who got the luggage to the room.. To the pool attendant Gianni ... To the front desk staff at check out...all super super hospitable..!! They went out of their way to make me feel at home..!!!

In short.... Total value for money...& I'm definitely staying at the Marincanto next time I'm in Positano..!
