  This hotel is a brilliant jewel in a treasure-chest of shiny ornaments. The staff are exceptional, and I say that to each without exception. Please pass on my gratitude to all. And, how easy to simply buy a ferry ticket from the Concierge staff for a trip to Portofino for a scrumptious lunch - A true five-star riviera hotel. Good location just across the street from bagni and also close to the boat terminal to Portofino and 5terre. The garden at the back of the hotel is truly outstanding. One can easily spend the whole day at the hotel without getting bored. Great restaurant terrace with view to the sea. I did not try the pool but it also looked impressive. Room design was lovely and service impeccable.

  Personligt och trevligt bemötande. Rummet hade bra standard och frukosten var utmärkt. - We would highly recommend this hotel. The owners are wonderful and they are very helpful in doing all they can to make your stay enjoyable. The bus system is also very easy to use to visit Rapallo and Portofino. - The service was sooo wonderful. The owner and her husband treated us so good during our stay. She delivered breakfast to our room (homemade croussants and much more) The rooms were so comfy newly renovated and decorated so nice. My favorite was the soft blankets and comfortable kink size beds also a large bathroom. Definate thumbs up!
