  Any closer to the reason why you are in Pisa, would have to be, inside the campanile (that slightly leaning tower you might have heard about) You don't get any better location to the Campo than this.   Location - so close to the tower and bars and restaurants. The gentleman on duty was great - under pressure as everyone checking in at once but very helpful and accommodating. Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us. The hotel is in a small street with no trafic and noise! Possible to park a car for about 8 EUR day just next to the hotel (we parked at the place where our car could watch Pisa tower the whole parking time :))

  Everithing it was excelent. The room have a very userful kitchen. The bathroom is clean. The hotel is right near the bus station and is very easy to go to the leaning tower. Mister from the reception is very nice and help with many informations about what to visit.   The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. I w - Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

  Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on.   The location was great opposite the railway station, however you heard no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to check in and our room was ready at 1100 hours in the morning. The room was basic, little dated but perfectly clean and the bathroom was fine. Towels/soap were ... vad folk säger » provided. There was 24 hour security with video cameras so felt perfectly safe. - What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

  We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. We did a lot I travel to other cities near Pisa and the owner was very helpful with all travel with train time tables and explanations on how to g... vad folk säger » et around. He also informed us of places to stay away from and local news in the area such as a child pick pocketing in the area. there was free wifi - Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

  The location was good because we travelled by train. Only 100 m from railway station! 15 min. Walk from centre. Staff friendly, very clean. Small bathroom but clean, the shower was good and even the hairdryer was working. We did not try the breakfast. For 65 eur/night it was ok. Although worried about the street noise below our window, we had the best sleep ever and woke late, however, no problem, we left our bags there for the rest of the day.
