  Five Roses B&B was truly amazing. Flavia the owner was the perfect host. Making sure everything was ok, her recommendations for places to eat were first class. The breakfasts were out of this world, homemade everything, and if you returned in the afternoon the place was filled with a homely baking aroma. The B&B is very easy to reach, if u decide to simply walk from the airport - literally 15 mins - walk along via dell'Aeroporto, cross the railway tracks, go down the stairs and you will face via Antonio Fratti, walk along it and the gate will be on ur left - impossible to miss!   I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids. The room was clean and was very spacious for a family of four , the bathroom was nice and clean with fresh towels and soaps. What we liked best was the pool area and seating.   Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The room turned out to be more of a suite which included a separate kitchen with tea and coffee, a microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa.   We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. We did a lot I travel to other cities near Pisa and the owner was very helpful with all travel with train time tables and explanations on how to g... vad folk säger » et around. He also informed us of places to stay away from and local news in the area such as a child pick pocketing in the area. there was free wifi - Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

  I was pleasantly suprised on my arival,after reading some reviews I was a little worried. The host was pleasant , helpful and the B&B was cosy. I'd read a few horror reports and I just can't understand some people. Some ignorant people who said the ' Indian' lad was a rip off merchant, well he was actually Sri Lankan, extremely helpful and po... vad folk säger » lite guy. The breakfast was lovely . The rooms arnt amazing but then you get what u pay for. Brilliant for a quick stay in Pisa, the rooms were comfy - When I booked the hotel, I did not realised that there was not 24 hours reception service, but the member off staff was happy to wait for me until midnight, which was a massive help. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, very good value for money. I also had breakfast included, which was fantastic and a very good start of the day. I was allowed to leave my luggage and collect it later. My overall experience with this hotel was very good. Thank you for a nice stay.

  This B&B is simply the best Hotel I ever stayed. You feel very welcome right from the start and the whole Hotel has a lovely family atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacy with a nice Interieur and very clean. The bed is also very comfortable.   I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming, hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would. Nice, cosy little bar/breakfast room by the lobby. I think there are some slighly unfair reviews here and (more so) elsewher - Location, as there are only few minutes by foot to Pizza dei Miracle on site parking. You can park on site.

  The room was fantastic - decorated and prepared with taste...great appointments; bathrobes and slippers, new bedding, awesome detailed bath. The view to the back 'garden' was a treat - even the rooster waking us in the morning! Then she brought us a tray of goodies (sodas, water, fruit and sweets) to our room! Her attention to detail an - Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!

  1 - The host was very nice. 2 - Breakfast was huge with warmed milk, homemade jam, homebaked cakes and many other things to eat. 3 - The penthouse was beautifully decorated with a morning sunshine balcony, olive plants, flowers, looking over half of the city and even the leaning tower. The blanket was a down/feather one so it was warm at night. - The service at B&B dei Cavalieri was welcoming and the value for money was very reasonable. The interior was cosy and styled perfectly to reflect Italy. The accommodation was within good walking distance from the train station, however, at first we found it difficult to find. On reflection I should have printed of the exterior picture to remember what it looked like. The breakfast was a fantastic spread.
