I did an impromptu luncheon on the 3rdfloor balconey, which was organized by Carmella a receptionist at thefront desk, which was both good value and an oustanding success. - Being able to hand over the keys of our car on arrival and then asking for it the next day - wonderful. Wound have preferred the small tearoom to have been open during our stay. The view from there was a delight.

  We wish we had booked more than one night here. Ideal for Perugia visit. Nice clean swimming pool and lovely grounds for relaxation, shade etc. Good views and secure gated car park.   Had a great room with a patio on the five floor. Great view. Very helpful friendly staff. The location is very close to the escalators going up to the main part of Perugia. Hotel has a pool which was a good way to cool off. - it is the best location... very near of the old center...

  Very friendly staff, close to the mini-metro which takes you quickly to the top of the city, Not much of a restaurant, but good breakfast, Excellent restaurant on top of city, Del Sole (a must try) - We quite liked the hotel, had all the things you need for a reasonable money.
