  The staff are just outstanding. I did an impromptu luncheon on the 3rdfloor balconey, which was organized by Carmella a receptionist at thefront desk, which was both good value and an oustanding success. - Being able to hand over the keys of our car on arrival and then asking for it the next day - wonderful. Wound have preferred the small tearoom to have been open during our stay. The view from there was a delight.

  We wish we had booked more than one night here. Ideal for Perugia visit. Nice clean swimming pool and lovely grounds for relaxation, shade etc. Good views and secure gated car park.
