  The staff was incredible helpfully.nice people ,warm, etc. For me the convenience of being across the street from train station,plus the ink metro and lots of buses was a big plus. - Booked and paid for a single room, but had the use of two adjoining rooms which gave me a feeling of space.   The hotel is nice, clean and well managed by a friendly staff. Good location for reaching Perugia's historical center. Large parking area. An additional facility is the restaurant. I liked the idea of the boiler for the coffee/tea in the room. Breakfast very good and the attention of the staff at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very good and so was the dinner. The best part was the air conditioning and the swimming pool because the weather was over 30C during our stay.
