It has an art gallery on the ground floor and occupies several rooms of a renovated apartment block. If noise doesn't bother you and you want to be close to the action in Palermo, this is a well-priced, clean B and B . You can choose to have a breakfast of panini and interesting cheeses, some cereal and yoghu - Spotlessly clean large comfortable room with nice furniture. Lovely, helpful owners. It is a very short walk to some good restaurants and bars, you may have to book, quite busy. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

  The apartment house is situated in the very buzz of Palermo’s old town. We were given an ENORMOUS apartment, not less than 100 sq. m., consisting of huge antechamber, big sitting room, huge bedroom with four-poster bed, kitchen, bathroom with essential toiletries, 3 balconies. Apartment is clean, furnishings are quite sparse (that’s advantage) and... vad folk säger » almost antique, pigeons’ poo on the balconies is in harmony with city’s mood. Small old TV shows nothing, but who needs it when you are in Palermo. G - Everything was great. My wife, 2 year-old son and I felt so comfortable and Cass Orieles is very child-friendly. Anna, the housekeeper is so frank and helpful. Room is appropriate in size and very clean.

'Strong' breakfast, much more European than traditional Italian. The accommodation represents a good value for money. General impression: very positive, recommended.

  The venue is amazingly beautifully furnished, clean and spacious, with the best location right in the city centre. While sipping the café in breakfast room you almost feel like sitting right at the Palermo Opera. We are definitely coming back and suggesting to all our friend - We stayed twice in this lovely and very modern furbished hotel during our Sicily holiday. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable and we felt very welcome from the first second. Our hosts were very friendly and there was always a possibility to have a little conversation to get some tips what to do in Sicily. The breakfast was always lovely arranged and very delicious. A definite recommendation!

  Staying on the boat for two nights was a very enjoyable time. The very charming Deborah looked after me with breakfast and nice conversation.   My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. During both of our stays we were put in one bedroom suites with fully ... vad folk säger » kitted kitchens, king sized beds and the most amazing shower/sauna. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.
