  The venue is amazingly beautifully furnished, clean and spacious, with the best location right in the city centre. While sipping the café in breakfast room you almost feel like sitting right at the Palermo Opera. We are definitely coming back and suggesting to all our friend - We stayed twice in this lovely and very modern furbished hotel during our Sicily holiday. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable and we felt very welcome from the first second. Our hosts were very friendly and there was always a possibility to have a little conversation to get some tips what to do in Sicily. The breakfast was always lovely arranged and very delicious. A definite recommendation!

  Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. The location was excellent - very close to Via Roma which led to the train station. Despite being close to main streets the B&B was very quiet. The bed was very comfy. - The room was done to a high standard with top end fixtures and fittings the shower with its colour changing light The bed was very comfortable being on a main street the room was very quiet due to the double glazing overall very good and central to most attractions p.s the breakfast was good with a good selection of pastries and cereals and the owner makes a nice cappuccino plus she was very helpful in booking us a taxi

  Our beautiful room had original frescoed ceilings and exposed beams, gorgeous decoration and a huge terrace overlooking the street. The staff are the friendliest people we met in Palermo and the breakfast was outrageously bountiful - more lovely things than you could possibly eat!   I liked everything. I felt like at some old times of Palermo. My apartment was a dream, with curious stuffs to see in all sides. The couple who admins it helped us with restaurants, calling and booking to us. Very nice experience.

About a 20 minute easy walk from the centre, but regular buses available if needed, and airport bus stop very close.   Bra service - The hotel was really stylish, modern and clean and staff friendly and helpful. We left on the Sunday and were able to keep one of our rooms for a late checkout (6pm) with no charge, we thought this was excellent. - Soundproof room, good location, good breakfest

  Great find! Hotel is located in best section of town, within short walking distance of Port and downtown. A must if you have a car; parking in Palermo is all but impossible. Off-season rates were very competitive. - I thought that my stay was very pleasant. i liked the room and the staff were very helpful

The room was large and well furnished, with a large armoire and a flat screen TV. - The staff was exceptionally helpful. When we ran into a problem withour atm card some days after we checked out, the staff went far out oftheir way to help make facilities available to help us sort out theproblem. I would never choose a different hotel in Palermo. It'llalways be the gh Wagner.
