I went to Palermo for business and I found Casa Mo from letsbookhotel.com and stayed there for 8 nights.
This place is fantastic! It says bed and breakfast in the title but the quality of service that is offering is easily comparable to some of the very good hotels I have stayed in the past!! It is a converted old house with excellent decoration.

Beautiful apartment in an old palaccio, decorated in style - all as you see on the picture.
Ceilings are great and that’s something which makes this place special and contributes to your perception of Palermo.
Very clean, good breakfast, fair internet connection (better in lobby than in the room).
Location if very good – walking distance to all attractions, multiple restaurants in the area and a small grocery shop on the same street.

The hotel was much more than I expected. The views from the room were great! The hotel was super clean and the service was very friendly. The host recommended very authentic Sicilian places to eat and drink, and things to do. If/When I return to Palermo I am sure to stay there!

We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. Very comfortably placed and you feel there as in a real flat in Palermo, which is a pleasant sensation. Homely atmosphere is provided by small details and hospitable staff. Very spacious, I had a big entrance room With a wardrobe, a big bedroom and a very spacious modern bathroom. Breakfast is served in a nicely furnished traditional dining room with well chosen photos of old Palermo, dating 1900 and earlier. The food combines standard breakfast with local flavour, very tasty pastries.

This bed and breakfast is excellent. Good location, in the city centre but without the city-noise. Clean, a lot of light, big room, comfortable bed and clean showers. The kitchen is perfect. The living-room is nice for meeting other travelers. Luigi is very helpful and friendly and makes you feel at home in Palermo. I would definitely recommend this b&b!
