Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The
bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic,
with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. The staff were
helpful and very friendly. If you decide to stay here, there is a
reastaurant around the corner with a waiter named Nikko, he'll take
care of

Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

We had a fabulous 1 night stay at the Hilton on our way to Taormina to enjoy the rest of our honeymoon! Bra service - The hotel was really stylish, modern and clean and staff friendly and helpful. We left on the Sunday and were able to keep one of our rooms for a late checkout (6pm) with no charge, we thought this was excellent. - Soundproof room, good location, good breakfest

Salvo on reception looked after us superbly. We were upgraded to a suite
and what a beautiful room with balconies and comfy furniture. The area
did appear rather dodgy but in reality was not although you have to
factor in the noisy locals that gather in the square below. It was out
last night of holiday and I suppose slightly fearful of venturing
outside in the nearby streets (unfounded, of course) we dined in the
hotel. The food was quite simply incredible. Utterly gourmet and

Great find! Hotel is located in best section of town, within short walking distance of Port and downtown. A must if you have a car; parking in Palermo is all but impossible. When we ran into a problem withour atm card some days after we checked out, the staff went far out oftheir way to help make facilities available to help us sort out theproblem.
