  Highly recommended. Newly renovated and decorated with care to a high standard in a very pleasant style (as on the pictures). Very, very clean. Common area (living room and kitchen) are large and inviting. It’s on the 3rd floor , there is a lift/elevator. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants and an information centre.   The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard.   Very clean and thoughtfully but simply presented. Excellent view. Very clever use of half a floor in a larger building. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful, made us tea and brought breakfast earlier than advertised in the morning. It is a very short walk to some good restaurants and bars, you may have to book, quite busy. The room was spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen that I cooked fresh groceries. Also it located a good location which is most of the attractions are walking distance.   Very cozy, family-run hotel. Staff does really everything to make one feel at home. The rooms are very Italian style which I prefer a zillion times over the so-called "boutique"-style that seems to be more and more the same all over the world. Central location and only a few minutes walk from Central railway station. Good sized room with power shower, TV, adequate furniture, security, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast of croissants, pastries, fruit, cereals, biscotti, fruit juices, water, cappucino, coffee and teas. The view from the balcony was typically Italia and I loved it.

It says bed and breakfast in the title but the quality of service that is offering is easily comparable to some of the very good hotels I have stayed in the past!!
