  The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.

  Bra service - The hotel was really stylish, modern and clean and staff friendly and helpful. We left on the Sunday and were able to keep one of our rooms for a late checkout (6pm) with no charge, we thought this was excellent. - Soundproof room, good location, good breakfest

  Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. The area did appear rather dodgy but in reality was not although you have to factor in the noisy locals that gather in the square below.   Great find! Hotel is located in best section of town, within short walking distance of Port and downtown. A must if you have a car; parking in Palermo is all but impossible. Off-season rates were very competitive. - I thought that my stay was very pleasant. i liked the room and the staff were very helpful
