  Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. The staff were helpful and very friendly. If you decide to stay here, there is a reastaurant around the corner with a waiter named Nikko, he'll take care of ... vad folk säger » you. Just tell him Chris from Chicago sent you. There's a Mojito Bar right across the street where many people gather, with some great cuban music. - Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

  Frukosten var bra. - The big balcony with a view of the park is great. Food at the restaurant is good. - hotel itself was very nice, rooms were a good size and standard, and view from sew view window was lovely. staff were helpful, although one or two of them need to learn how to smile.

  interior decoration, friendliness of staff - Fantastic hotel on the main road from the train station to the centre of the old part of town. Renaissance furniture everywhere and a huge bed in the room. Was very quiet, but we went off season so it could be louder in the summer.

  The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.

If noise doesn't bother you and you want to be close to the action in Palermo, this is a well-priced, clean B and B . You can choose to have a breakfast of panini and interesting cheeses, some cereal and yoghu - Spotlessly clean large comfortable room with nice furniture. Lovely, helpful owners. It is a very short walk to some good restaurants and bars, you may have to book, quite busy. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi. About 15 min walk to station. Easy to find on foot. Appears safe - use 3 keys to get to your room and the external windo

  We had a fabulous 1 night stay at the Hilton on our way to Taormina to enjoy the rest of our honeymoon! It was exceptionally clean,the staff were fabulous and very helpful when asking directions to where we were heading the morning after and the breakfast was delicious!
