  Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden.   The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Location is ok, about ten minutes walk ... vad folk säger » and there is a strip of bars, shops and restaurants. Not for those looking for a lively nightlife. Definately a small quaint village. - Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar. Just brilliant

  The staff was extremely nice. We arrived late in the evening and even if the restaurant was about to close they still served us a very nice dinner. A very nice location.   Fantastic location next to poma lift, plus the rooms were very modern including the bathroom, always hot water, unusual for Italy! Good car parking. The ski locker facilities were also of a high standard.   The Spa!! I wasn't aware of the size and scope of the spa when I booked the hotel. I was there for the cycling but according to the 5 others in our group (not cyclists), I'm a genus. The spa is absolutely fantastic - and included in the price. There are pools, tubs, mud baths, hot pools, cold pools, saunas, steam rooms, quiet rooms for napping, ou... vad folk säger » tside, inside, deep, shallow, hydrotherapy, waterfalls... You get the idea. And all with the natural mineral water. You also get free access to the Ba - Thermal water pools excellent!!! Our room not too big but very confortable,clean with balcony. Nice surprises for guests- each atrenoon glass of wine free for quests,Friday&Saturdays buffet with excellent wine. Very elegant and good restarant.Very,very polite service.
