  It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent.   We had spent a few days in Sorrento and had a 10 am flight back to the UK from Naples airport, so we decided to stay in Naples the night before to make it easier for us to get to the airport to get our flight. When we got to the hotel they were really friendly and the receptionist told us about the fixed rate taxi from the hotel - Secure private guarded parking place (with fence) just next to hotel (included in price). Nice, clean facility, modern comfortable rooms with well running wi-fi, spacy shower and safe deposit box. Friendly stuff. Quiet location, antimafia HQ and lot of policemen in the hotel surrounding, so one can really feel safe. We even walked from city center after sightseeing (in early evening before darkness passing train station) and streets around were rather clean. We expected much more garbage and "a

  The staff were extremely helpful. I had no problem with the language and they could all speak English. All staff were eager to please and offered excellent advice on where to eat and where to go to experience Napoli. The services offered were exceptional and I was treated as a special guest.   that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities.   I liked the small yet beautiful and comfortable room. The bathroom was very clean and looked very nice. The staff is super helpful and I liked the whole atmosphere at Hotel San Paolo. I would go back there anytime. I recommend. - nice roof terrace, wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff
