  The owner was really nice, friendly and speaks English very well. The place was really clean and good taken care of. Also the swimming pool was beautiful, clean and gives a nice view. The apartment was very spacious, had a nice temperature (we didn't needed any air-conditioning) and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. We also had a patio.   The hotel is nice, clean and well managed by a friendly staff. Good location for reaching Perugia's historical center. Large parking area. An additional facility is the restaurant.
