  The owner, Dida, is a lovely person. I told her that I wanted to drink good wines and eat good food. She immediately helped us to find and book the finest restaurants in town and she gave us great tips about where to get the best wine. She even helped us to organize an exclusive "truffle hunt" and then booked lunch at a marvelous restaurant. It wa... vad folk säger » s an unforgeatable day. The room is lovely, clean and very comfortable (it was definetely the best bed we had in our whole journey throught Italy). Br - The owner, Dida was so friendly and helpful! She recommended places to go...different wineries, restaurants, beautiful areas to visit. We have been traveling for 3weeks and were running low on clean clothes--she graciously let us use an outdoor sink and we hung our clean clothes on her line. Breakfast was fresh and coffee hot...all served under the shade of some vines in her beautifully maintained garden. The room was spacious, well designed and clean.   Lisa was amazing. We did not arrive until late in the evening, but she was waiting for us when we arrived. We got right in to our studio. She helped us out with how to get around Montalcino, where to eat, etc. Free wi-fi was great. The location is only minutes (up a decent size hill) from the main strip of Montalcino and only about 10 minutes walk... vad folk säger » from the castle. If you rent multiple suites with friends/family, it is perfect. All suites have a door to the courtyard area. Perfect for interactio - Lisa and Andreas were very welcoming and helpful. The property is very beautiful and serene and unexpected in the historical city of Montalcino. The room or rather apartment we had was very thoughtfully equipped with food to start off our trip. Bed was very comfortabel and large.The bathroom was quite nice with a full size soaking tub and a full sized shower. We had access to the washer on premises for a fee.   this is the perfect hotel..It is like a dream, and i will come again as soon as i can.. - The room was extremely spacious, fastidiously clean and the view from the window was brilliant.
