  Trevlig personal med bra service restaurangbokning, bra renlighet osv - The hotel was in a great position - close to Park Sempione and a 15 min walk to the city centre. It was in a lovely street and inside was well appointed. We stayed in a good room, with a good bathroom. The staff were fantastic.   One of the best hotels we stayed in. Not centrally located, but the rest makes it all. Very good interiors, interesting designs and well equipped. Room was not very spacious, but is was enough space for everything. Very good breakfast, with a variety of foods that is way above the italian standarts for the breakfast. Overall this hotel offers more than money you pay for i - We wanted a hotel that had easy access to the city centre without actually being in the centre itself. Even though the hotel pictures looked clean and smart, we were amazed how much better the hotel was. The staff could not do enough to make our stay as relaxed as possible. The breakfast choice was not only good the quality was of a high standard. This hotel was a real find, we will definately go here again.

  Friendly helpfull staff, short way to San Siro and buses to Malpensa, clean room, - If you want to enjoy Football in San Siro, this hotel is your choice. It is within walking distance. The tickets are cheap and easy to but on Stadium. Please remember, that on match days, the office is opened at noon. Lido is good value for money!

  We stayed at the hotel for Four nights.The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. The elderly gentleman at the reception went out of his way, using his own car at no extra charge to drop us where we could get a shuttle bus to... vad folk säger » Malpensa airport. He called the number on display to ascertain if and when the bus would be coming ( helped as we would have struggled to put a sente - Excellent location for a meeting at Mico, an 8 minute stroll, snd only 100 feet to the number 1 Metro line that takes you to central Milan and the Duomo. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.

  Plenty! Firstly, I received a very prompt and professional response to an e-mail sent advising of my late check-in time. When I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and spoke brilliant English (my Italian is virtually non-existent). My room was very spacious and was absolutely immaculate. The bed was spacious and comfortable and my room had an efficient air-conditioning system (it was 35-40°C during my stay so this made a mass - The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated. There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located. Wifi very stable and it's free. One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map. In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants. The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate. Location is okay if you don't mind stay

  Mycket trevlig och proffsig service, rena rum med hög standard med tanke på priset. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och försökte på alla sätt tillgodose våra behov och önskemål.
