  Decor and design are very tasteful and chic. Fantastic to stay in city yet still be surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens. Very peaceful, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had on our many travels. - Everything was just great although we did not eat in the main restaurant.   The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it. Can honestly say one of the best hotels we've stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of nice ones!! - Came for business and... vad folk säger » at the end of a hard day it was just a pleaure to enjoy from a wonderfull room and a great service like coming back home..the atmosphere was great service was excellent the stuff was efficient and kind....this is an hotel that take care of the small things that that really make the big difference.

  The best location in Dummo,just few steps to galleria vottorio and shopping streets. Clean well equipped rooms Extremely friendly staff, specialy Dan who was very helpful and delt with me as a good friend with lots of advises and help.   What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each. The porters were very helpful in the lugga - the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin

  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  Very nice design. Hotel is situated not far away from historical and shopping center (15-20 min by walk). A lot of restaurants near the hotel. 24 hours Courrefour in 5 minutes. On Thursday and Friday evenings there were corporate parties in the hotel's restaurant (outside) but after midnight everything was finished so there was no inconvenience fo... vad folk säger » r the hotel guests. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean. WiFi works. - The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!
