  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  The best location in Dummo,just few steps to galleria vottorio and shopping streets. Clean well equipped rooms Extremely friendly staff, specialy Dan who was very helpful and delt with me as a good friend with lots of advises and help.   Decor and design are very tasteful and chic. Fantastic to stay in city yet still be surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens.   I like a lot of this hotel: the decoration, the food offered, the service, the staff inside the room, the location. Up to now, it's the best hotel I've lived in.
