  Very nice design. Hotel is situated not far away from historical and shopping center (15-20 min by walk). A lot of restaurants near the hotel. 24 hours Courrefour in 5 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean. WiFi works. - The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

  We stayed in Maison Borella for five nights. It was a very comfortable hotel, great facilities, friendly staff, nice location (right along the canal). The area seems pretty dead in the morning, but it starts to wake up in the late afternoon and evening. Good atmosphere, both inside and on the street. They have helpful staff. The rooms are very good and the bathrooms extremely nice.   Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

I was able to register with the promise that I would notify my son for help with payment later on in the day because of time difference.   What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.   Proof that you get what you pay for, the staff were very helpful and informative, taking a lot of the strain out of urban travel. Our room in this chic modern hotel was stunning and very quiet. UP is a fairly easy walking distance from the Duomo and a short taxi ride (11 euros) to the Stazione Cordona (and Malpensa Express). With a bit of planning, this makes for a fabulous city - Very comfortable hotel, perfect per city trip.
