The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm. The parking is very comfortable. Hotel position overlooking the lake.
Excellent food in restaurant. But our holiday was made by the kind attentions of the manager, Otello. Nothing too much trouble and he was the one ray of sunshine in what was disappointing weather for time of year. Whilst we were there, wifi was installed but only available in reception area at the moment. Big bonus.
