  All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially considering our very limited Italian. They also let us use the bicycles at the hotel and arranged a taxi to pick us up from Trapani airport and back again as we had no hire car. - Great bed, large room with wonderful bath, quiet, a/c worked great

  Lovely place, more classic than modern, very clean, nice service, english speaking receptionist, restaurant staff polite, good food for a reasonable price. Lovely view. Free wi-fi and parking. If you want a place to relax and have some quiet time, this is the place to go. - Staff was friendly and helpful.
