In fact they couldn't do enough for us - lending us bikes, and generally doing all they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Although the location was just outside he walls of the old city, it was close enough for walking and cycling.   A very good price for this type of hotel. really beautiful fournitures and design in a tipical lucca's house. excellent - the staffs were very friendly and we had exelent time. the room is well decorated and the location is the best.

  Very kind owner who kindly offered to pick us up from the station. Very charming room that is actually a studio flat with its own entrance and a cosy balcony. The place is in good location.   Det låg nära centrum och ändå lugnt till - We arrived very late the hotel had ensured that we were welcomed. The room was large and comfortable and very warm. The staff/owners were very helpful and the breakfast was more than we expected. The coffee was excellent. The hotel is well situated just outside the walls of Lucca.(5 minutes walk). I actually missed breakfast, however during the check out process I was yawning and the receptionist told me that I could still get a cup of coffee downstairs, some fruit, and cereal.
