Vad folk säger

The apartment we stayed was equipped with laundry machine, kitchen, fridge and balcony. You can spend your time just like when you are at home. There are some hens and a cat in the garden. Not so far from Lucca's city centre by car. None of the above words are suitaable in my view. Concierge is NOT always there. They come to the apartment for your check-in/out. They don't stay there. They give you a phone number just in case you have some problem or questions. For us, it was not comforting. They DON'T neither clean uprooms nor change towels/bed sheets even if you stay long. So you have to look after your rooms... We couldn't find any wine-opener and beer-opener in the apartment. That was a shame.
