The sfaff was very helpful, flexible and discrete. Staff is just amazing (many thanks to them for the great holidays), very good and fast cleaning (while we were eating breakfast room was always cleaned up), nice pool and a lot of great good emotions. Recommend. 3 stars is just not enough for this hotel. - All of the above,plus the peace and quiet as it was out of season. The magic of Venice more than compensated for the daily commute; a great location for the nearby beach and restaurants that we used.

Excellent service with extremely helpfull and friendly staff. Very good food. Great location overlooking beach. Pleasant bus/ferry to Venice - Friendly staff, bedroom and bathroom were of a high standard. Theycatered for our requests very well ie sea view.
