  The lady who checked us in was really friendly and helpful, and always said "hello" when she saw us during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had a very good shower.   The location is a quiet and nice place, only a few minutes with the car to tne centrum of Lazise 5-10 minutes walk to the sea side. Every thing, the apartment it self, furniture, kitchen equipment, the pool with kids pool we rate 10+ on a scale 1 to 10 were 10 is the best - Location to tour round region so long as you are travelling by car.   We used it as a stop-over on our way South and on the way back. They were very friendly and Open towards children. Excellent Italian food at the restaurant. Pool facilitets were nice and clean.   The staff were very helpful and provided a really good service. The location on the lake was excellent and within easy walking distance to the local town.   Villa Chiara is excellent for families with children. It's location is excellent for those wanting to visit Gardaland and Caneva parks.
