  at first there was a missunderstanding for our reservation but eventually everything were ok and we had an upgrated room. - Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service!

  The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location. Breakfast was typical european breakfast--pastries, cereal, hams, cheeses, yogurt,,,etc. Great location.

  First impression on entering our room was "WOW". The room and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean with edgy modern pleasing décor. We loved the double sinks, walk-in shower with wand and overhead shower heads. Lighting and AC were also modern allowing you to shape the environment to your mood. WiFi worked extremely well. After a busy day seeing the sites it was great to get away from the crowds and yet the Spanish Steps and Via Veneto were only minutes away. The staff were accommodating and friendly and there were lots of good restaurants close by. The room was spacious and modern in an old building.

  The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. - Everything, great location, 3 minute walk to villa borghese and 10 minute walk to fontana di trevi and spanish ... vad folk säger » steps. Metro VERY close to use for Vatican,Colosseum,etc. Had family room for 4 - seperate bed and a couch for 10 and 13 year-old kids, heavy curtain between kids' beds and adult bed, 2 balcony doors to view of St. Peter's, quiet and blinds/curtains for darkening.
