  Very nice small and private family hotel. Excellent services and attitude by the owner and his hamily. For sure we will recommend it further. - This is a small but excellent hotel in city centre. The hotel is run by a family and the guest receives personal attention.

  We stayed in the room with the bathroom across the hall. It was exactly as seen in the pictures, plus the kitchenette with some basic cutlery etc. The hall is a small area so the bathroom is very close to the room and it's a great size. It was more then we expected and we were blown away by it.  The room was cleaned everyday, there is a tea & coffee making facil - The part time staff agent was very helpful, friendly when checking us in, it is the best prime location in downtown Rome, and I really like the way that the building has been renovated to be modern while still keeping some of the ancient details like the beautiful wooden ceiling.

  Breakfast was very good and served on bed. Staff was very friendly. Very safe neighborhood, with the American embassy and other fancy pants hotels located nearby. 2,7 km from Colosseum, but a metro stop is nearby (to the Vatican, or Roma Termini and further).

Metro VERY close to use for Vatican,Colosseum,etc. Had family room for 4 - seperate bed and a couch for 10 and 13 year-old kids, heavy curtain between kids' beds and adult bed, 2 balcony doors to view of St. Peter's, quiet and blinds/curtains for darkening.   Every things were wonderful! Comfortable suite has one small stair (step) between the living room and the kitchen place and the same one betweet the bathroom and the cloakroom (it may be difficul for small children who don't walk yet). I have travelled with my mom and my child (1 year old), he has acquired the skill in step down and up here. All o... vad folk säger » ur needs were satisfected as soon as possible. The breakfast was servered at the suite with our preference. Everyday the room was cleaned during our l - We with the daughter stopped in apartments in the center of Rome. It was very convenient. We had the keys, could feel at home. There is a mini kitchen where it is possible to cook food, to make coffee. Manuel the wonderful owner, was very attentive and useful to us. Five minutes to the fountain and the Spanish ladder, and thus very quiet place. I recommend for couple of friends or a family.
