is in perfect location in central Rome, close to the Spanish Steps,

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

Everything! the location couldnt be better, in the hart of the center yet quite room to allow you to rest. The single bed is small for a big person, but the room was spotless and very well kept. Great location - right in the center of everything yet in a quiet street. It was very small which we liked. We took a junoir suite, it was very good, spatious, clean and comfortable. A tiny elevator was kind of funny, our daughter loved it. We had a great time. - The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful.

We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy.
Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly
and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and

Amazing location and very comfortable rooms with amazing showers. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. The next three nights I spent in the room at the front of the building with a big window you could open so it was nice and lighter but noisier due to the busy street below.
