  Excellent staff, from reception to breakfast, just excellent!!! Perfect value for money hotel!!! Rome has many hotels in restored old buildings but this should be the model of keeping all the atmosphere of old ages and giving all the now days comfort and facilities..Really good breakfast (great breakfast time too- 8:00-10:30). In 3 min walk ther is Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano metro - What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  Excellent stay. The owner, Silvia was friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. I had made a mistake regarding my dates and Silvia was able to fix things for me and was most understanding regarding my error in dates. We hope to go back to Rome again and will definitely be looking to stay here. Opposite the hotel has a supermarket Punto and a cafe that does italy snack and coffee, and its at good price. I will come back again !
