  The location was fantastic, really central to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was quaint with wonderful beamed ceilings. I loved the mixture of old and new. The bathroom was spotless and very modern with free toiletries( which actually were lovely) . The breakfast room was small but... vad folk säger » that made getting to chat to other guests really easy. The outside seating area was lovely and would be a great place to enjoy a nice chilled bottl - Location was perfect for exploring Sienna! Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

  The apartment that we had had two double rooms, a shared bathroom (with shower rather than bath) and a well fitted kitchen/diner. The diner had a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine - all of high quality. Only one of the bedrooms had a window with a view - the other rooms had remotely controlled velux windows in the sloping ceiling... vad folk säger » s. Underfloor heating plus three medium sized air conditioning units. Hot water in abundance. A well located, well equipped and well looked after apar - We enjoyed everything at the apartment, the view was amazing and the apartment was well equipped and very clean. We were welcomed by Roberta, a colleague to Ennio, who was SO nice and wonderful. She had stayed up way after midnight to let us in, and she was so kind a funny to talk to. The steps up to the place is of course hard, but what do you expect when renting a place on 4th floor – just enjoy the old building!   We received a superb welcome by the very friendly staff who had left us two bottles of their own oil as it was our honeymoon. The apartment was very big for just two of us and though the kitchen is small we still cooked in it every day. The pool is lovely and very clean. It is about a 30 minute walk to Siena centre which, being physically fit, we ... vad folk säger » didn't mind. We went for a week so it was the perfect location as it was quiet and peaceful but still relatively close to the centre. If we were going - Great place to stay, away from busy turistic town center with the facility to reach it on a 20 minute bus ride or 30 to 45 minute walk. Very nice, friendly, very helpful staff. Convinient grocery shop about one kilometer away (kind of dangerous road to walk along though). Be aware of reception working hours.
