The location was fantastic, really central to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was quaint with wonderful beamed ceilings. Location was perfect for exploring Sienna! Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

If you want to feel the atmosphere of a small, typical medieval city, this hotel gives you everything you need. Located on a narrow street, it is part of the fine city-fabric and is right next to the main square. The staff is great, ready to help, polite and friendly. I even got a 120€ parking ticket and they helped me reduce it to 40€. Hats down to you guys.

We loved our stay at the Simonetta B&B. Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower. The breakfast was simple but was more than enough. The apartment villa that we stayed in could easily fit a family of 5 and has a private bathroom. I highly recommend this B&B. Chris D, CT, USA

A wonderful B&B in an ancient building near the Duomo. Spotlessly clean and modern rooms with ensuite bathrooms. My husband and I and two friends stayed in 2 of its 3 rooms. Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. with parking your vehicle in the medieval city of Siena) was a godsend.
We had the apartment with the twin beds with full use of the courtyard,
Apt 3 across from their reception area. Perfect accommodations, clean,
quiet, and reasonable. The young folk operating the B&B Duomo (not
to be confused with the B&B Duomo Hotel in the same entrance area)
