Excellent value for money and close enough to centre to walk; 15/20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking can be a problem but after the first night we were given a space in the hotel garage round the corner. Best if you have a small car. Our room 414 was spacious enough for 3 nights with a balcony and a very modern bathroom.

It was very nice and confortable, the rooms were modern and had every facility, breakfat was really good. They rent bikes so you can visit the city faster! But anyway, its just a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo, which I think is the main attraction, the hotel is close to a supermarket and different shops, cafes and restaurants, I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is pretty kind and helped me with everything i needed.Totally recommended!

It was a typical Italian city centre budget hotel staff were all family and treated us very well. Location is ideal for sight seeing and facilities in Florence. Not a luxury hotel, but hard to find any fault with place or service or price.

The value for our money was great and the location was perfect. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and there was a very nice restaurant next door for lunch or dinner. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.

This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. It is family run and they are very friendly and helpful even though our Italian is poor. Santa Maria Novella Station is close and major sights are within walking distance. Breakfast was good with choices of cereal, rolls, yoghurt and fruit. It was our favourite hotel and they had a dog.
