  Supergullig och hjälpsam tjej i receptionen (Petra). Ett bra rum och hotell med skönt läge. Vi promenerade överallt. The man who helped with the check in also brought us to our room and gave us an overview of the facilities. He was really friendly and detailed. - Everything. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.

  Lirico is well placed at the heart of Rome. Being close to the Termini station transportation is very easy but you can also walk everywhere from the hotel. The morning breakfast is satisfactory and hotel staff is very polite. The rooms are very very clean and taken care of every day.   Allt! Mycket bra läge, bra service, personalen var jättetrevliga, rummet var jättefint o rent. Bubbelbadet var det bästa!! - Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellet, bra läge, rent och snyggt och bra service. Rummet för frukostarna var visserligen trångt men personalens fina service gjorde att det fungerade bra i alla fall.

  Our stay at Hotel Opera Roma was perfect! The hotel has an excellentlocation (2 mins walk from Repulica metro Station and 5 mins fromTermini). The room was very clean with a very large bed and a bigbathroom. We were offered a minilaptop with free internet access, whichwas great!! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Quick walk from Termini train station, on quiet street but close to everything in historic centre as well as shopping. Staff is courteous and friendly. Nice, clean rooms. Offer free use of mini-laptop and internet access. Free satellite TV. Offered a shuttle to Fiumicino which was inexpensive (14 euros/person), considering that the train to Fiunicino is 11 euros.

  Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. From the breakfasts and the lovely staff up on the 5th floor we really liked it. Great location (we walked to all of Rome's attractions) and nice place to sleep.   Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307).
