  The location is perfect - close to the city centre, within reach of main sights on foot. Also Termini station is in vicinity, so it's comfortable to arrive from Fiumicino by train or bus. Also we liked that there're two options within one hotel: cheaper as a hostel and more expensive, but comfortable with more privacy and facilities in every room,... vad folk säger » like in a typical hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was quite clean, spacious - even for two, the facilities worked properly, so - Very good room with only 3 beds. The environment is very quiet. The breakfast is good. The staff are great ! The hot water works perfectly and the shower is good.But the location is inside a building, which i search for a while in the rain. But it's near the train station.Be careful when you alone. The train station is not safe in the evening. Just bring the address with you.Thanks a lot. Strongly recommend.

  We took a budget room for 3 nights. good value for money hotel. manager of the hotel told and marked on the map where you can and should go to the city (attractions, shops, restaurants, subway ...). the hotel has a map of the city. room was clean, the carpet in the hallway, it was nice to walk barefoot. fresh bedding and fresh towels, a safe is in... vad folk säger » the room, air conditioning have night mode. We were very pleased. - In side the hotel the room was comfortable and warm. The location of the hotel was very central and you can visit a lot of monuments on foot. The manager of the hotel gave a lot of information about the city.

  First would be value for money. Though we went during off season (Late NOV). The rate was great for us. Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.   Hotel was perfect for our two nights going sightseeing in Rome. We had great help in checking in early and was received very friendly and professional. Room was perfectly modern and kept clean. Small services as recommending restaurants, city map and free water was all small things to make the stay very pleasureable.
