  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites.   In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there. And they kept our bags even after we checked out (we checked out in the morning and had a late evening flight). - Location, Location.   great location and rooms were clean and nice - We upgraded to a luxury room from a superior, well worth it, much largerroom. The original room they had prepared for us smelled of cigarettesmoke- always good to check. Breakfast was very good and fresh.
