I have been travelling in Italy for 2 months and this hotel is the best. The position is perfect, the view sensational. Rooms comfy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good with beautiful views from the top of the hotel of the city. Staff very attentive and friendly, the conceirge at the front desk the day we arrived was excellent in helping to show us where to go and where to eat.

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was
large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom

An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food.
