Nice owner, Claudio will try his best for you to feel most comfortable. The place is located between the Roma Termini and Colosseum, so location is great! The owner of the Resort Cavour B&B was very kind and helpful. He
waited for us when our plane arrived to Rome quite late in the Friday
evening 8th of March and made a reservation to one of his favorite
restaurants for us the first night. He got us breakfast tickets for cafe
downnstairs so we were free from timetables. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated. It was well suited, near to Termini station and at the same time safe until late at night because of the crowded street

Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

The staff was amazing-we stayed one night to kick off our honeymoon and were greeted with champagne and chocolate! The apartment itself was very cute and spacious. Large and comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, and full working kitchen. Again, the staff was fest when leaving, called a cab for us and made everything very easy! Will come back!
