  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.

The room was quite big, however, the bathroom was quite small...worked well for the three of us though. A great price for the location and size and comfort of the room.   Our stay at Hotel Opera Roma was perfect! The hotel has an excellentlocation (2 mins walk from Repulica metro Station and 5 mins fromTermini). The room was very clean with a very large bed and a bigbathroom. We were offered a minilaptop with free internet access, whichwas great!! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Quick walk from Termini train station, on quiet street but close to everything in historic centre as well as shopping. Staff is courteous and friendly. Nice, clean rooms. Offer free use of mini-laptop and internet access. Free satellite TV. Offered a shuttle to Fiumicino which was inexpensive (14 euros/person), considering that the train to Fiunicino is 11 euros.
