  Great location - close to train station and subway station. Beautiful hotel; large, clean room;wonderful complimentary breakfast in quaint breakfast room. Would book again in a heartbeat! - bedroom size: the breakfast was decent, if only one could have worked out when the eggs and sausages were available!!

  bra läge. Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal - Läget utmärkt. Stort hotellrum, kändes aldrig trångt trots 4 personer i rummet. Bordsreserveringen i det lilla frukostrummet fungerade bra. Personalen var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående, talade god engelska. Vi trivdes!

  Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we got under the rain and came soaking wet. Within 30 min walking to piazza na - Myself and my boyfriend stayed at b&b rosmini for 4 nights. Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay. The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries! Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If we ever return to Rome

  Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub.   Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4 wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi.   Helpful staff;there was a mistake and we were taken to a room with two twin beds while we had asked for a double, and when we informed them at the reception they transferred us to another room immediately.
