  It is within walking distance from Termini Station (10-12 minutes) and is close to restaurants and shops. The staff allowed us to leave our suitcase at Max-House when we were gone for 2 days.   The location was very good, just 20 minutes walk from Termini, there were plenty of Nice restaurants in the neighborhood,the room though small had all the essential things.Importantly it was remarkably clean!   Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. We would return and/or recommend this hotel to an - Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

  The B & B was a 10 minute walk from the Tiburtina train station. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The price was perfect, and they included breakfast. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.
