  Despite a death in the immediate family, the proprietors at the B&B made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and suggestions for restaurants. Breakfasts were set for each day and staff intermittently were on site to provide information in English.. They provided access to luggage storage on our departure day. Buses and taxis were about three blocks away - Very friendly staff and very helpful. i arrived at midnight and staff waited there to help me checking in. The hostel is nicely decorated. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to a bus stop and Metro station, so you can get to city center easily. Bathroom is clean.

  The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. It's a small place so it was never noisy. You could access beverages in the hallway anytime of the day. The place was situated close to the underground, which was... vad folk säger » convenient. Breakfast was simple but good. We were told that Salvatore's mum made the pastries and biscuits - delicious! The rooms were small side b - Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

  Julia was a wonderful host! She was very helpful and accommodating. She provided a very good breakfast while leaving snacks and teas out at all times.   Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture. Free coffee was lovely, wifi great. Having a child with us, it was really handy having access to a kitchen. - Convenient location (5 mins walk to the nearest metro station).   Everything was perfect. From the moment you walked into the door to the moment we walked out. Marco was fantastic. He spent time going through with us the sights, valuable tips and information about Rome. It was a most pleasure stay and as oasis in the chaotic city of Rome. Who even neatly folded and hung our clothes and - We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and
